New amendments to Vietnamese IP Law

The Tilleke & Gibbins law firm announces that the National Assembly of Vietnam has approved an amendment to its Intellectual Property Law, which will enter into force on 1 January 2010.

The amendments are, to a large extent, relevant to IPR enforcement.
