New lawsuit against eBay

Footwear and accessories manufacturer Steven Madden Ltd filed a new lawsuit against eBay on 21 July 2009, accusing the online marketplace’s website of trade mark infringement.

Steven Madden Ltd states that it has repeatedly asked eBay to remove purportedly fake watches from the platform, in vain.
